A center for south Indian Adivasi studies with a special focus on the Adivasi communities at the tri-junction of three southern states: Karnataka, Kerala & Tamil Naad.

For now, a humble physical home at the Tribal Health Resource Center in BR Hills. The online site of Kaanu aims to be an interpretive and annotated layer over Doddasampige, a growing bibliography of work relevant to and/or about south Indian Adivasi communities.
